All correspondence, documents and data in any form obtained from a client in the course of a language project are held strictly confidential. At the client's request, all copies of documents and data can be permanently deleted. A non-disclosure agreement can be signed on request.
If required, the translations can be certified.
Certification includes the translator's signed declaration bearing the official OTTIAQ stamp or the ATIO e-stamp, including the QR code and verification link to the ATIO portal.
All projects are completed strictly according to the agreed deadlines. The normal translation speed is 2,000 to 3,000 words of source text per day. In some cases, express or overnight assignments are possible.
Documents are received and delivered electronically (by e-mail).
Payments are accepted by Interac e-Transfer only. Invoices are due within 7 business days of delivery.
