Asked Questions

All correspondence, documents and data in any form obtained from a client in the course of a language project are held strictly confidential. At the client's request, all copies of documents and data can be permanently deleted. A non-disclosure agreement can be signed on request.

If required, the translation can be certified. The certification includes the translator's signed statement bearing the official stamp of the ATIO or OTTIAQ.

All projects are completed strictly according to the agreed deadlines. The normal translation speed is 2,000 to 3,000 words of source text per day. In some cases, express or overnight assignments are possible.

Documents are received and delivered by email. If certification is required, it is sent by email as a high resolution color scan.

Payments by major credit cards or bank transfers are accepted via a secure third party platform. Invoices are due within 7 business days of delivery.
